1. Overview

Neptune Wealth AI Corp. (“Neptune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, prospective customers, website visitors, and business contacts. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Neptune website (neptunewealth.ai) and the Neptune Wealth AI platform (the “Platform”).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Contact details (name, email address, phone number), firm name and role, demo request details, messages submitted through our contact form, and any other information you voluntarily share with us during sales conversations, onboarding, or support interactions.

Information collected through the Platform:

When you use the Platform, you may upload portfolio statements, client financial data, model portfolio configurations, trade instructions, and other advisory-related content. This data is processed by our AI agents to deliver the services described in your Service Agreement.

Information collected automatically:

We may collect device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution), IP address, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, and other usage analytics through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its AI-driven features
  • Process uploaded financial data through our agentic AI workflows
  • Generate analytics, commentary, proposals, and reports you request
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support
  • Communicate about product updates, features, and service changes
  • Monitor Platform performance, uptime, and error rates
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions
  • Improve our AI models and algorithms using aggregated, de-identified data

4. AI Processing and Agentic Workflows

The Platform uses agentic AI systems that autonomously process data you upload, including portfolio holdings, account statements, and financial metrics. These AI agents may extract, analyze, compute, and generate content as part of multi-step workflows.

Data processed by AI agents is used solely to deliver the services you have requested. We do not use your proprietary client data, portfolio holdings, or firm-specific model configurations to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit written consent.

Aggregated, de-identified usage patterns (such as which analytics sections are most used or average workflow completion times) may be used to improve the Platform’s features and performance.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or client data. We may share information with:

Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Platform, including cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, compute), email delivery services, analytics providers, error monitoring tools, and customer relationship management systems. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to Neptune.

Third-party data providers: The Platform may send security identifiers (tickers, CUSIPs) to market data and reference data providers to retrieve pricing, benchmark, ESG, and risk data. No client-identifying information is shared in these requests.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, regulatory inquiry, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users of any change in ownership or use of personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through the website (such as demo requests) for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, typically no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Platform data (uploaded statements, generated reports, model configurations) is retained in accordance with your Service Agreement. Upon termination of your subscription, you may request export or deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.

Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing activities; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@neptunewealth.ai. We will respond within 30 days or as required by applicable law.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

10. International Data Transfers

Neptune is based in the United States. If you access the website or Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure that data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

11. Children’s Privacy

The website and Platform are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or direct notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
